3. Antiseptic: Miramistin or chlorhexidine.

Helix piercing treatment process:

1. Take two cotton pads and moisten ABUNDANTLY with antiseptic.

2. Keep your head straight. CAREFULLY attach the first cotton pad to the puncture site from the outside of the ear.

3. Holding the first cotton pad from the outside, GENTLY, without jerks and any movement of the jewelry, attach the second cotton pad from the inside of the ear.

4. GENTLY soak the channel. The antiseptic should leak into the canal, to do this, tilt your head back and squeeze the cotton pad, which is located on the outside.

7. Moisten the cotton swabs with antiseptic.
8. GENTLY move the jewelry forward, remove the cotton wool
9. GENTLY move the jewelry back, remove the accumulated discharge with a cotton swab.

10. Change the cotton swab, moisten it and repeat the procedure.
This should be done at least 5 times 30 minutes before going outside.

In winter or when you wear a hat, it is necessary to lay a napkin between the ear, with a healing piercing and a headdress. This will help you to avoid allergies to wool and synthetics. The hat should be clean and free. Stretching and deforming the piercing leads to problems and increases the healing time.

With a successful healing after 1 month, you can replace the volume of antiseptic with saline. At the end of the procedure, treat the canal with an antiseptic.

REMEMBER!!!

1. Helix piercing heals for at least 3 months due to the high risk of injury. The visibility and feeling of an absolutely healed piercing occurs after 1-2 weeks.

2. Any inflammation and injury will increase the amount of treatment from 5 times to 7-10 times a day.
3. Exclude visits to open freshwater reservoirs, swimming pools, baths and saunas throughout the healing of the piercing
4. During the healing process, it is possible to replace the jewelry with a downsize, but the replacement time depends on the condition of the piercing and the recommendations of your piercing master.

5. You can change the decoration after complete healing and / or not earlier than a month after the last inflammation.
